March is Care to Share Month. Refer a friend or family member and get entered into a drawing for a wellness package valued at over $150.

April is Spring into Health Month. Each day we will offer a different incentive to help promote personal wellness.

Maintenance Monday:	$30 Maintenance Adjustments and $30 30 Minute Massages.
Wellness Wednesday:	We will provide healthy snacks all day.
Thirsty Thursday:	Come after your workout and we will supply the nutritional sports drinks.
Faster Friday:	Bike or run in and receive a free safety light.

May is Mothers Day Month. On Saturday, May 10th Mothers can receive a free chair massage. Don’t forget your mom’s gift certificate for massage this year.

June is Summer Food Drive Month. Bring in $10 in food or supplies for the Verona Food Pantry and receive $10 off your Maintenance Adjustment or $10 off your massage.
