We were missing a good portion of the order and everything is dirty and will need to be cleaned before using. There was broken bottles in the boxes. It looks to us that someone from Estes knocked over the package and then put it back together to hide the problem and didn’t tell us what happened. According to both parties, this is perfectly acceptable.
